AIM
To raise awareness about the marine pollution, challenges that the seas are facing, overfishing, as well as contribute to the reduction of marine debris.
MAIN RESULTS
The project aims at reaching five results:
- Transnational Report: Attitudes & Knowledge of Fishery/Aquaculture Workers on Sustainable Innovations.
- Training material for local fishery and aquaculture workers to adopt sustainable practices.
- E-learning platform for supporting the training activities on blue sustainability.
- Podcast series raising awareness on fishing waste reduction and marine preservation.
- Policy recommendation: Establish marine litter stations in ports of European islands.
