We are thrilled and happy to announce that INTERMOVE+ Project Results are finally completed and available to the public. Let’s give a briefly aims of the project first:
INTERMOVE+ seeks to provide an answer to the needs related to learning mobility, such as traditional problems like economic and linguistic barriers, and new needs such as providing learners with skills for a changing labour market, making mobilities more inclusive and offering digital and blended forms of mobility.
Furthermore, INTERMOVE+ offers engaging and inclusive digital education opportunities to introduce technology-enhanced approaches to the preparation of beneficiaries of VET learning mobility, while maintaining a high level of interaction among learners in a multicultural environment.

MAIN RESULTS
The project aims at reaching nine results:
Publish a report on employers’ needs in the current Food and Health labour market based on focus groups with industry across partner countries
Produce an infographic booklet on the food industry’s sustainable priorities and plans to achieve them
Create an extensive list of job opportunities
Present best practice case studies of food sustainability practices in partner countries
Identify VET educator’s digital competency training needs – infographic displaying change in SELFIE score and outlining training needs highlighted
Create an infographic booklet on digital skills to support Food and Health VET educators in the age of digital transformation
Generate a report on current digital competency teaching practices in food and health curricula
Present ‘best practice and online learnings from Covid’ from a staff training event
Develop a training guide for Food and Health VET educators on developing and teaching digital competence and Food sustainable practises

The project aims at reaching the main result:
Online Platform
The platform’s target audience includes Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), their administration, faculty, students/graduates, and employers in the HTI sector, both within the consortium’s countries and beyond. It emphasizes transferability, intending to be an open resource of knowledge and a user-friendly platform. The development and publications will be shared openly, and stakeholders are encouraged to join. The innovation lies in supporting online communication, cooperation, and learning within the hospitality and tourism industry (HTI) sector, creating strategic alliances with HEIs in the field. The platform’s functionalities include involving employers in online research and curriculum development, engaging employers in curriculum delivery, offering digital learning and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities, facilitating online research and product development, serving as an online social network, aiding industry placement programs, and assisting in recruitment, screening, and interviewing of candidates. The platform’s impact is expected to benefit the mentioned target groups and the HTI sector as a whole.

This workshop brought together industry experts, women students in STEM, and STEM educators with the goal of validating the structural development of the FemStem Toolkit through a participatory methodology.
The FemStem Toolkit is designed to benefit end users and stakeholders, ensuring it meets the needs of everyone involved. We’re thrilled to see such collaborative efforts in shaping the future of STEM education and support for women in these fields.

To support EU strategies in sport, physical activity, social inclusion, and equal opportunities by enhancing the capacity of health professionals. Specifically, it focuses on training health professionals to utilize positive sports experiences to facilitate behavioral changes in individuals recovering from SUD.
MAIN RESULTS
The project aims at reaching five results:
Development of a sport-based protocol tailored for individuals undergoing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment
Creation of a blended training designed to empower health professionals in the addiction field to implement and evaluate behavioral change interventions using sports.
Introducing blended-learning module for sport science students to implement SUD treatment interventions.
Targeting SUD treatment individuals, addiction professionals, sport science students, treatment organizations, and faculties.
Anticipated impact: Improved physical and mental health via affordable sport activities, fostering behavioral change in SUD treatment.
