Authors must use EasyChair to submit both abstracts and pdfs. Authors must use the IEEE template for Conference Proceedings to prepare their submission. Documentation and style files (Word, LaTeX) can be found at the IEEE site. Submissions should be a maximum of eight (8) pages, including figures and references.
