As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will be part of an agile team that promotes business analytics and addresses all aspects of AI adoption. You will work hands-on with the latest cloud technologies, including GenAI and Computer Vision, to bring innovative solutions to life.

We are looking for a technically proficient candidate with proven knowledge in the latest AI technologies. You should be versatile, able to work with different technologies as required by various use-cases, and excited to contribute to actual implementation and any task needed to materialize value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of the business analytics and reporting activities to meet business requirements, generating insightful reports and interactive dashboards.
• Analyse requirements and design, develop, generate and publish required data views and data pipelines, utilizing the Bank's tools and following related policies and standards.
• Identify and promote opportunities for data utilization efficiency.
• Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models to derive insights and solve problems, communicating findings with related data visualizations.
• Develop Python based applications, utilizing effectively cloud services for delivering scalable data driven solutions.
• Provide support to power users on the analytics and reporting tools and ensure best practices are applied.
• Execute any other activities assigned to him/her, that falls within and are relevant to his/her area of responsibility.

Academic / Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related fields.

Professional Experience / Skills:

• Ideally 2+ years of experience working in Data Analytics, as Data Analytics Engineer or similar role, however, new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of the Agile Framework can be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, Data Modelling and SQL and ability to extract, clean and analyze data to derive valuable insights.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge in analytics techniques related to data mining, machine learning and predictive modelling.
• Knowledge of cloud offered AI services from platforms like MS Azure can be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools like Business Objects, Power BI and SSRS can be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop, MongoDB, Splunk or Elastic Search can be considered an advantage.
• Structure Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time, multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Ability to take initiatives and make decisions
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek & English
